Bloom pov

A few minutes earlier :

I stand up on my fours and shake the dirt from my fur . I trot all the way to a nearby stream to drink water. A wolf has got to drink !

I bend my head slowly as my tongue gently presses on the cool water . Before I try to move away my paw gets stuck in a branch .

"Just great !"I mutter looking at my paw that is stuck under a tree.

"I don't even know how we got this far ," London replies.

"Let's just try to get out okay London,"

"Fine ,"she sighs.

"One .. two ...three,"I try to pull my paw out but it is still stuck .

"Let's try again ,"my wolf encourages me .

We try to push our body out with a few more attempts but it doesn't work . I finally sag in defeat because now my paw is already throbbing in pain . My wolf is now restless and starts to howl out loud.

I smell a whiff of peppermint scent that obviously belongs to my mate.

"Mate is here ,"my wolf is excited it actually irks me .
