~Eight Days After Abduction

The news I received was unsettling. After the sedation, I'll be carried to the bed and laid to rest, they followed that protocol.

While resting, I saw something unusual. I was thinking about my Father losing all his life's work when I landed in a storm. I was dreaming, so I tried to shake my head and snap myself out of it but it got even more dangerous and soon there was wind blowing all over. Strangely, I noticed something else in the storm. A woman. Her face was masked by my dream and the storm itself, I took a step further and she turned back, I yelled and rose up. As I did, I woke up and found myself back on the bed. That was my mother.

I haven't had a dream about her in years. The therapist helped make me feel comfortable and the dreams faded after almost a year. Why would I see her now?

Maybe I was finally losing it. Losing myself. Losing hope. She was the last thing I wanted to see before ending it all, or maybe this was my wake up
