Allistar POV
Raven has been unconcious for a week now. It is getting to the point where the doctor is concerned she won't wake up or if she does wake up, there will be problems with either her body or her ability to connect to her wolf. We have all 3 been taking turns to make sure atleast one of us is here at all times. Maximus has tried to come visit her using the mate thing as a reason why. Thankfully the doctor is aware of what is going on, so he hasn't let him come see her. He is still trying to sneak into her room when the medical staff aren't around, which is what caused all of us to be concerned. We know Maximus has bad intentions towards her. He is either upset she didn't die or he will take advantage of her being unconcious to mark her without her permission. Since his first attempt to get into her room, we made absolute sure to never leave her alone. We won't even run to the bathroom without someone else here.

Allistar POVIt's been 3 days since Raven woke up. We have been waiting patiently for the doctor to clear her so we can set everything in motion. The days waiting made us more and more anxious that our plan may not work the way we planned. Alpha White has been filled in completely on the plan and that today is the day we set everything into action. He has to be prepared for the phone call he will be receiving from Alpha Jones. As long as he sticks to the plan and doesn't waiver then everything will be fine. Dimitri has noticed the anger his father holds towards Alpha Jones has been growing with the days passing. I think it's just being nervous, nevertheless he can't be letting his anger get the best of him. If he lets that anger be known during the phone call then it will seriously mess with our plan and Alpha Jones will know we are lying. The doctor just cleared Raven to leave, so we sent her and Penelope to her house to pack the
Raven POVThe pack doctor has finally cleared me to leave after a few days. All my wounds have healed up with no side effects. He was worried with the amount of silver that had entered my body I wouldn't be able to contact my wolf anymore. Whenever I would try and contact my wolf all I would get is silence for the first couple days. I was worried I would never be able to speak to her again. She's a pain in my ass, but she's my wolf. Life would be incomplete without her. This morning I heard her for the first time. I cannot explain the amount of joy that went through me. As long as I have her by my side everything will be ok.Allistar and DImitri left Penelope and I at my house to pack up some things while they talk to the Alpha about taking me with them. When they first told me what they were going to say to him I was livid. Telling him they will make me a submissive she-wolf just set me off. I have never been submissive and
Allistar POVSeeing Maximus and Heather standing in front of Raven was not a scene I expected. I knew they were together, but I didn't expect Heather to be as cruel as him. I guess I dodged a bullet on this one. A quick glance towards the stairs was enough for me to realize what was going on. Raven was standing on the bottom step slightly disoriented with some blood trickling down the side of her face. Almost like her head had been slammed into something. The dent in the wall next to her was proof enough that I was right. That must have been the thud we heard when we were on the other side of the front door. I can just barely see Penelope behind her, a couple steps away. It almost looks like Raven is blocking the stairs to protect Penelope even though she is weak and injured. I was so focused on evaluating the situation and Raven's injuries that I almost missed Heather step forward. Almost."Heather, what are you doing?" At
Allistar POVRaven has been unconcious since we arrived at the Opal River pack yesterday. So far it has been 24 hours since we arrived and I can't believe we finally made it safely. No need to worry about Maximus or Heather showing up to try and kil her. We don't have to worry about the pack doctor here doing anything to her that might jeopardize her safety. She is finally safe.Penelope hasn't left her side since we arrived, which is expected. Dimitri and I have been in a couple times to check in on her, but otherwise have been fairly busy. We were able to find the girls a 3 bedroom house to share near the main packhouse so we have been getting that ready. It hasn't been lived in yet so getting beds set up in the rooms has been our main priority. Today we are focusing on getting the furniture for the living room and groceries for the kitchen. We want them to feel like this is home. The pack has been informed that we have ne
Raven POVThe second we walked into Alpha White's office, he hugged me. It was a tight hug like I'm a long lost relative. I didn't know what to do so I just stood there until he was done. I have never met this man in my life. I have no idea why he is hugging me right now. I have never met an Alpha that was so open with showing any type of affection. I have my own questions to ask him, like how he knows my father and why he is reacting this way to seeing me. Those questions will have to wait until after he finishes explaining everything to us. He has to know something for him to be so adamant about seeing us right after I wake up. So for now, I will just sit and listen. Questions later."I'm sure you are all wondering why it was so important for you all to be here immediately after Raven woke up." We all give a slight nod, agreeing. No one spoke and I'm sure it's because we all want to know what's going on without interruptio
Allistar POVWe all headed back to Raven and Penelope's place, except for Dimitri. He was away from his mate for far too long and hasn't had the chance to spend any time with her since we got back. The second we got back we had to take Raven to the hospital and then we had to go speak to Alpha White about everything going on about why we had to head back a day early. Once we spoke to him, we had to find a house for Raven and Penelope then get that all set up for when Raven got out of the hospital. He spent the night with his mate, but he didn't get back to her until late so she was already asleep by the time he got there. He left before she woke up so we could finish setting up the house, but before we could finish Raven woke up. So, after leaving his father's office all he wanted to do was see her before the night we are about to have. He will head back an hour before we have to leave to make sure we are all caught up on everythin
Raven POVGetting to sit and talk with Allistar made me feel a bit more comfortable with him. Getting to know more about his life and parents turned him from this closed off untouchable guy to a real person and that was a huge step for me being able to fully trust him. It's important to be able to all trust eachother for what is about to happen within the next hour. To say I'm terrified is a complete understatement. There is a real chance I could die tonight during the shift and as much as I am not a fan of my life, I don't prefer to die anytime soon. Alpha White said that I should be fine because I will draw strength from the others, but what if that still isn't enough to keep me alive. Or what if, drawing strength from them causes them to become too weak and they die or get hurt because of it. Maybe I'm just panicking as a result of everything in my life taking such a shitty turn all the time. I mean my father dying, mother treat
Allistar POVI would have to say that shifting tonight was the most painful thing I have been through. It was atleast twice as painful as my first shift. I was pretty confident that I was going to pass out from the amount of pain, but right when I was starting to lose conciousness I was hit with this huge force of power. The amount of power I felt was unexplainable and I am sure the others felt it as well. I mean, that was why we all had to shift together, so we could acquire our full strength. I knew what was going to happen tonight, yet I didn't expect any of this. I looked around after I was able to focus and my Goddess we are all huge. I have never seen wolves this big before. You can actually see every muscle through the thick fur coating our bodies. I may not be able to see my own wolf, nevertheless just looking at the others, There is no way I'm not as big as them. I don't have to look up to see meet them at eye level, which
