A sense of annoyance spiked inside Jason at the sight of Daniel, and he fell speechless from anger, wanting to yell, but keeping his emotions down, instead glaring daggers at the lawyer.

“Who are you?” Deborah finally asked, also feeling frustrated.

“Good morning, I am Daniel, Daniel Anderson, the owner of ‘Dan law firm’ and Mr. Damion Briggs's legal lawyer. I have documents to prove our partnership and my legitimacy to this claim. I have been his private lawyer for twenty years now.” Daniel said as he approached the table and pulled out a chair.

When he sat down and rested his briefcase on the table, Deborah, her children, and Jason kept glaring at him with this distrustful look. But Daniel smirked up at them, not noticing how much this annoyed Jason as he took out a bunch of papers and folders and placed them on top of the table, along with the pen.

“My client can not be here today, so I am here to represent him,” Daniel said causal.
