He’s not getting away

When Emma walked into the living room and saw Zane, Yoko, and Larry deep in a conversation, but stopped talking at the sight of her, she frowned slightly, approaching Zane.

It was the third day of their break, and his mood had suddenly changed from that of the past two days. He looked like something big had happened again and she knew that look way too well, and it made her uneasy because that meant danger and death.

When she stopped by him, he held her by the waist and drew her closer, whispering in her ear, “Where’s your phone?”

“I left it in the room. Did something happen?” Emma asked, concerned when she saw the look on Yoko and Larry's faces.
