Chapter 31

“What did you just say Enzo?” Mr. Leonard asked. He was the first to break the awkward silence after Enzo announced his wedding.

“Do I need to repeat myself? He said, raising his eyebrows. Okay, I am getting married” Enzo declared in a firm tone.

“Just what the actual fuck is happening in this house” Loyd added as he walked towards the small bar area close to the dinning, he needed a drink to clear his head.

“Who is she?” Mr. Leonard asked.

“Who is she and where is she from? It is nobody's business, I'm telling you all now as my family, so have it at the back of your mind” Enzo replied.

One of Enzo's characteristics is that he is calm and cool-headed but at the same time he was dangerous, he was not one to argue and was slow to anger unlike Loyd.

“I won't let you marry some lowlife, that decision will not hold” Leonard countered.

“Of course” Loyd scoffed, downing the entire glass of whiskey at once.

Megan stood up from her seat as she walked towards Loyd, grabbing the bottle from him
