Chapter 25

"C'mon, we've got to go. They will soon be here." David barged into the house while three of his team members stood outside the house to keep watch.

"Don't shout at me, David, I'm coming. I'll be with you in a minute. Just getting things I'll be needing." Mary blurted at David as she went on folding her clothes into a pink average sized traveling box.

David became more and more unsettled with every passing minute.

They had to move fast and leave here else the vampires would be here in no time and that would not be good for them since James wasn't here.

He wished James had come along on Mary's rescue mission but his brother was nowhere to be found.

Instead of coming alone, he was accompanied by Kayla and Kyle. They were as good as him being alone.

David never saw Kayla and Kyle as professional enough to take down a newbie vampire. Kyle was good with his computers but on the field, David doubted that.
