Chapter 76: Letters 2

Isabelle definitely didn't want to stay any longer in Devon. In fact, she doesn't even know what plan she was going to execute here. It's been over a month, and there has been nothing for her to do to help her brother. She was starting to think that her brother was right. It was foolish for her to come here. But there was no going back now.

All she could hope for right now is their plan with Gwen. Although it has to be executed slowly, it was still better than nothing.

She was in the store room, arranging some of the items in it. The bags of flour, and other food items that were stored in bags, utensils, glassware, etc. The glassware was placed on a shelf, far away from harm's way. When she was done, she brought out a piece of paper to write on.

She had received Laura's letter today, and she wanted to send a reply now that she was less busy and out of sight.
