Chapter 31 (part 1)

I have never slept as well as I did tonight, it really is true when they say that the quality of sleep improves when you sleep next to the person you love. I woke up with Aya all snuggled up to me, my arm even now is a little numb. But when I remember her hair spread all over the pillow, her calm breathing, her face so serene in a deep sleep, I feel that it is worth it to stay curled up with her all night long.
I get up without making any sudden movements, I don't want to wake her up, I leave her in bed and go to the kitchen, my girl needs a good strong breakfast, I am sure she must still be sore from yesterday, this will be our first of many coffees together.
