"Fuck, Eva! I told you this man was dangerous," Demetrio shouted, his face red with rage.

Evangelina felt her heart beat slowly, she thought she had known Santino all her life, shared with him and never met him.

She brought her hands to her drenched face, drowning the plain in them, still unable to believe it. Though it wasn't certain, there was a possibility, for no one knew the company as well as Santino, and just that morning Eva had told him she didn't want him in her life.

Eva felt like her world was spinning every time she thought about it, she tried to get up to go to the bathroom, but she couldn't, so she threw up at the foot of the bed.

Demetrio grabbed her hair as he patted her back.

"I'm taking you to the doctor."
