Sam switched on the bed lamp that only made the bed and his face visible while the remaining parts of the room were dark.

Joel felt Beatrice's brother was too creepy. "Boy.." Joel said but Sam cut his words shut with a word.

"Sam!" He said and Joel nodded. "Sam, I don't know what enemity you have built against your sister's friend but I won't want us to start on the wrong foot.
