74. Her stone sends a strong message

Emilia's POV

I reached the little hut where I used to live at before Lucas found me. This hut had been abandoned, when I found it, I decided to clean it and turn it into my home.

At least it was helpful to me now. I entered inside it and sat on the block I had kept there. I shut my eyes and everything that Lucas had said to me earlier on began to pour back into my memory.

At once I opened my eyes. I could tell that they were so red in anger. Lucas made a terrible mistake by insulting me and throwing me away from his house. This was enough reason for me to take his life away. There was no need to relent any longer. Today he showed me just how ruthless he could be.

I had broken the promise I made to Sabrina just for his sake but today he boldly bad mouthed me, to top it all, he asked me to leave his house.

Nothing could be more painful than watching your supposed enemy talk to you in such manner. He spoke to me as though I was a minor and there was nothing that I could do to him.
