83. The moon goddess

The bracelet which helped Sabrina to track Emilia suddenly stopped working.

She was surprised at the sudden occurrence.

She tried chanting a spell to make it to start working but it just wouldn't.

She began to curse out in anger. She blamed whatever bad luck she was having at the last sentinel.

"I know that you are aware of my presence and that is the reason why you have used your weak powers to stop this bracelet from helping me to get you," she said and smirked.

"I do not mind playing this dirty game with you. Enjoy while it lasts, because once I find you, your life and story will take an ugly turn," she added.

While she was still feeling bitter about the bracelet, something else, which was really strange began to happen.

As of that time, it was still the early hours of noon but up in the sky, the moon stood out.

The strange part of it was that immediately it surfaced in the cloud, the sun departed but the sky was still as bright as it had always been.
