Solace

(Lena POV)

A loud gunshot followed by a loud growled, sent warning all over my body.

"Damian." I gasped, and abandoned the prey I had caught, and transformed into my wolf tracing, the scent of Damian. I prayed silently as I ran as fast as my limbs can carry me, I doubt I will be able to set foot into the house, If anything should happen to Damian. I reduced my pace as the mixed scent gets stronger, I could also perceive that of the human, it was obvious he was still there.

As I got closer, I heard a painful whimpering, it was coming from the feral creature on the floor, it was indeed Damian, my brother.
