Chapter 50: A few days to go
4 days till the full moon…
Every second closer to the full moon was getting Henry increasingly nervous, he had never had to deal with such a thing all by himself. Well it was his doing so he was not angry at all, saving Nicole was the best decision he had ever made in his life and he was willing to do whatever it took to ensure that their relationship works out just fine.
‘Whatever’ included lying to her when it was necessary and that’s what he had been doing in certain situations, but he wanted to change that, he wanted to clear the burden that was within his heart. In four days he would be having quite a lot of explanation to be giving to Nicole and up till now he had no idea what to actually tell her because it was all going to boil down to the fact that he lied to her earlier.
