Heart break

Chloe slowly opened her eyes and looked at her surroundings with confusion. The last thing she remembered is that someone was following their car and another car came from the opposite direction and crashed into theirs.

She hit her head pretty hard with the impact. She doesn't remember much after that.

Her head is still pounding and she groaned with pain.

She is in a different room which she never saw before. She is lying on a soft bed, and a comforter is covering her body. The room is dimly lit.

She tried to get up from the bed, but her body resisted. It's aching everywhere.

"Easy there. Let me help you" a voice said from her left.

Chloe looked in the direction she heard the voice from.

Juan's face came into view.

Chloe is shocked and screamed with horror.

Juan took a step back and raised his arms in a surrender motion, to appease her.

"Daniel? But you are dead. You are not real. You are dead" she kept
