Chapter 85
Kal carried me to bed that night, I barely woke as he laid us down and curled up beside me, all the exertion from the day had exhausted me and I drifted to sleep with ease in his arms. When I woke up, Kal’s chest was slowly rising and falling, and I couldn’t help but marvel at him.
