The Kingdom of Sagareste has a few of its laws different to those other kingdoms. aside from the fact that the Kingdom of Sagareste were not limiting to its citizens, they were also allowing its citizens to own their own piece of land— the citizens can own a land through inheritance or by buying it to the original owner, but if the land was already a property of the Royal Family, then it cannot be bought as it will be dedicated for the use of the general public.

Each of the land owned has a corresponding title of the land or a certificate to the right of the land in which the owner owns or possesses. The said document also has a copy in the dukedom’s hall and all have a copy in the palace library of official documents— though it will be a long search if one were to go to the palace library of official documents.
