Enemy of progress

Mrs Leah was very frustrated. Where could they go? Her sister was the only family she had. She can't also go to her cousin or any of her family Members house because the shame only can make her commit suicide. Gosh seriously!

 She needs to rent a house so she could settle down and arrange everything. She can't believe this is really happening before her eyes. She never thought that one day she'll leave her comfort zone to wander around the street.

 Gosh! Why's everything so messy? Why can't everything just be in order? She thought as they walked through the street looking for a house which she could rent right now so they could settle down and went to visit her husband tomorrow. 

The Dawn is setting in so quickly. Mrs Leah halted when he saw a bill_board on a wall... "Written, house for rent,..contact?" Without hesitation. She walked to the old looking shattering bungalow house as she knocked at one of the three doors. 

 In a minute. A middle-aged woman came outside. "How can I help you? The woman asked to chew drumsticks of the chicken which was in her mouth. Isabella looks elsewhere as she almost pukes out, "seeing how the woman was looking and she's kinda smelling. 

"Gosh? Hasn't she even bathed this morning? How can a human being smell so badly? She thought using style to cover her nose.

"I was told one of the rooms is for rent? Oh yes, you came to the right place. "You see? I'm the landlord here and I don't collect too much money from my tenant. I'll give you one of the rooms at a low price. She uttered, crossing her leg as she brought out the drumsticks she was chewing, glancing at it to see if there's still some flesh in it. "How much is it?

 " 50$ dollars? She rasped in as she flinched. "50$ dollars." Does It has a kitchen and bathroom inside?.. " No, the kitchen and bathroom are outside. She uttered pointing at the kitchen at them. "This is where I cook?

Let me give you 40$ dollars please? She pleaded, glancing at her. " Last price, 45$ dollars. And I'm just giving it to you because you look like that has been broken.

"Okay fine, take 40$ dollars for the sake of your daughter. Oh thank you so much. Mrs Leah praise as she brought some money from her bag and handed it over to the woman. "Thank you so much ma'am? They shrugged as she led them to the room.   

Isabella's eyes dimmed when she saw some insert running out of the room. ", Gosh! The room looks really dirty. " Is this the room? Isabella asks, taking In a deep breath as she chuckles. "Yes my dear? I'm happy you liked it. Let me know if you need anything. The woman left them behind. 

"Mom! Are we really gonna stay here? I don't like the place.

Isabella asked her mother as she walked to her. "Yes and I'm sorry for that. "We have to stay here for the time being and I'll look for a way to get everything back. I promise you this? "When this is over. We will go back to our house and have our properties back okay Isabella. Her mother uttered as tears streamed out of her eyes. 

"She can't believe her dream has been cut off. 

"What about my school mother? What are you gonna do about it? " I don't know,but I'll find a way so you can go to high school. 

Her mother utterly holds her hand as she removes her gripped and shriek at her. "When? How will you be able to provide the money mom? School is starting tomorrow and I'll be sitting at home doing what? She shrieked, whimpering. My mate has already finished school and here I am. Doing nothing. "Gosh? I just hate everything. I hate you and my father. With that,she ran out of the room, ignoring the fact that her mother was actually calling her.

Isabella stood miles away from the two teenagers like her who were walking towards her. "Jessica" have you heard the news. The girl on a red gown said to the one on a blue gown as she smirked. "What is it? 

 " Saint Mary high school is having auditions tomorrow. "Audition! Her eyes gleamed open as they smiled at each other. " Really, can't wait. I'm gonna perform this time around and I'm Sure I'm gonna get chosen and receive their scholarship! 

 The one in the blue gown utter as the other one laugh.but it isn't free! We have to pay out at least 5$ dollars.

 "What? I Don't have that type of Money sincerely and my mother wouldn't agree to give me the money as she would oppose and say I should continue going to my public schools

. Jessica utter as she sighed. "You wouldn't have to pay money after Jessica?. you'll be given a scholarship and that means, we will pay nothing once we get in. She uttered as they started working. Isabella turned back after eavesdropping on their conversation. "Audition and scholarship.so that means I can enter the school without paying an Penny?" She muttered and started walking away.if she were to audition where will she see that money anyway.

 The twenty_ three years old chubby lady with sunglasses on, exited her car as she made her way into the Luxurious house. Her high heels made a sharp piercing noise as the guards and maid bowed down in 

Present to her. 

"Gosh, so much has changed since he last visited here. She just prayed she'll be able to see her mother at home. "You're welcome ma'am. One of their maids utter a beaming smile as she chuckles, flipping her long blonde hair. "Momma!" How I've you been doing? She asked as the fifty years old woman smiled. " I'm fine! I've really missed you since you traveled and if possible. Can you address me anyhow you want. "You don't have to address me like that. The woman uttered as she smiled. " No momma. You are like a mother to me, so I think I should address you like that because you deserve to be in that position...and not my mother.

 I don't care whether you like it or not. "Please take this bag and shoes to my room. "Where's Axel and my mom? She asks to remove her shoes. "Oh! Your mom is downstairs,in the backyard. While Axle went out this morning. " Oh that boy. Why can't he just stay in one place? 

She uttered and went to the door to put on normal slippers before opening the door as she sailed to the backyard and found her mother enjoying the cold breeze with a laptop on her lap as she seemed to be making a call. 

Charley stood in front of her mother as she waited patiently for her to be done with who even she might be calling. After about three minutes! "she was done. "Finally! Why did you end the call ...." Mrs Cora?

 Charley uttered as her mother smiled. "How was your trip from korean to America..." Miss.. Charley! Her mother shrugged

 "Fine? What happened? What were you suggesting? ``Do you wish something would have happened. She uttered with a mischievous grin as she scoffed. "I'm Just so surprised at the reasons you could have come here.

 Her mother shrugged as she stood up from the chair she was sitting in and walked towards her as she glared at her like an enemy. "Oh maybe perhaps' you were worried about what's going on here. She utters and touches his hair as she removes her hands from her hair. 

 "No, I'm here to guard the school. And can you answer this?

"What's with the new Changes? "Why did you add money for the audition ticket? I thought it was free? Charley asks, feeling really indignanted at her mother for doing that. The audition and scholarship has always been free. Then what's with the new Changes and they're some destitute girl who's in need of this opportunity but some of them might not see that little money to apply for the scholarship. "Gosh, why's her mother behaving so wicked.

"Miss Cora, I gotta cancel this? "What are you gonna do with their money? Charley half yelled as her mother smirked, nodding her head at her. "You're still growing up, young lady... You'll know how this goes.." perhaps, when you reach up to forty_fifty years. "Listen dear? This is a school. An international best and popular school over the country. We need billionaire kids and not poor men, okay? You still have a lot of time to learn. With them, she walked away from her.
