Mom Awaits You

Valeria looked around the place, and found just a few people who were walking in and out of the place. It was a portable restaurant with a few people in it.

"So, this is the place you think will be safe for us to talk?"

"Yes,I specially chose this place for us because I know we will be safe here, unlike the mall."

Valeria went wide when he talked about the mall.

"Did you perhaps -"

"Do you mean if I saw Ergon?"

Valeria blinked, while staring at him, demanding an answer.

"Well, as soon as you left, I decided to chase you. Boy, then, I saw that you had gotten into a mall to get things. I decided to wait outside the mall as I didn't want to cause a scene.

While I was waiting for you, I suddenly spotted someone whom I recognized as your driver."

Valeria couldn't believe what Noah was saying. She was utterly speechless.

"My original intent was to make sure the driver didn't see me, because I suspect he might inform Ergon about it. While I stalled, still hoping for a chance to see you,
