Chapter thirty three

During class hours, the hippo, as I call her now, was still trying to get my attention but I ignored her every attempt. 

What does hippo want from me now? 

When it was finally break time and I was relieved because I was hungry, the principal called for an assembly instead. 

I was so pissed off. 

After the entire school gathered before him, the principal stepped forward. 

He opened his mouth to speak but now words came out. He looked down as if depressed about something. 

I felt like shouting that he should speak up already and that I was too hungry to keep standing here. 

A woman walked up from behind him and layed one hand on his shoulder, encouraging him to speak on. 

The principal faced all the students once more and started to speak. 

"I called this assembly to give a very sad news to us all." The principal said. 

"We had lost one of our teachers just this morn
