“Brianna..”

I heard Daniel called but I ignored him as I felt like my heart was being crushed.

I have never felt so humiliated in my entire darn life and all I wanted to do right now was to just vanish and to never come back and appear again ever.

“I didn't mean to--”

“I know,” I quickly cut him off and smiled bitterly.

Shaking my head, I then let out a sharp and exasperated sigh.

Suddenly, my senses went back and my drunkness diminished in an instant.

I slowly stood up and staggered a bit. But I quickly held my hand up to stop him from coming to me for help.

This might be petty, but I was hurt so I didn't want him to touch me.

I know we shouldn't do it, and I understand that he was respecting me. Daniel was only doing the right thing for us, and I also know I will certainly going to regret it if there's something happens to us. Because ever since the beginning of this crazy arrangement, we had already agreed that we will never cross the line.
