Chapter 102 Burning anger!

*Lillth POV*

I know I acted so rashly, but I couldn't take it any longer; the sight was just too painful to endure.

I walked back into the Viper's Club, which was still buzzing with life. Surprisingly, I met Leonard; he looks different from the last time I saw him.

"Hi!" I greeted him, his face lit up in surprise. I bet he wasn't expecting me, nor am I.

"Fuck! Longest time!" He mumbled, giving me a quick hug before I joined him at the bar counter, gulping down a short of strong alcohol.

"How have you been?" He asked, lighting a cigarette that was stuck in his tiny lips. He dragged a mouth full of it before puffing it into the air, creating a cloud of smoke.

"Not bad, just running here and there with Don Thierry, finding a way to return." He nods as if understanding the whole situation. Despite the long time I have been in contact with him, it still didn't stop the strange tingling feeling of discomfort I feel whenever I am around him.
