95. Daughter's Confession

"It's not fair! Why can't it be me? What does she have that I lack?" Reina's voice trembled with frustration and anguish as she poured out her emotions in her room. Wails and howls of despair echoed within the walls, an expression of her profound disappointment and the emptiness she felt inside. She tried to muffle her cries by burying her face in her pillows, but the pain was too much to contain.

Beside her pillow, she spotted the bottle of lust potion she had used the night before to allure Andrei. Her fury ignited, and she snatched the potion, glaring at it with contempt. "You lied to me! You're useless! You only made Andrei hate me even more!" In a fit of rage, she hurled the bottle out the partially open window, hoping to rid herself of the bitter reminder of her desperate actions.
