It had been a hectic and stressful day. Because of the conference, Steven hasn't had much time to rest.

Steven is exhausted, but more importantly, he waited until his company closed before leaving his office.

As everyone else left the office, Steven made sure he was the last one to leave.

Steven went straight home in the hopes of going to bed. He went straight to his room when he got home, but as he was about to jump on his bed, he heard a knock at his door.

"Damn! I thought I told you not to come, Mom "Steven mumbles to himself about his tiredness. He walked straight back to the door and opened it without asking who it was.

"What... are... you doing here?" stammered Steven. He was choked up and couldn't finish his sentence.

"Please," Helen begged, her face pitiful.

"Damn! Come in!" grumbled Steven, but he couldn't send Helen back home. He let her in, but this time he was uneasy.
