As the lift began ascending towards his specific floor, Terrence resumed talking.

He leaned over and questioned, "So how long are you planning to hold onto me as my dearest wife?"

Terrence, though feeling elated, tries to speak and act indifferent towards her as to prevent her from getting alarmed with his possessive behavior even though he yearned to do the opposite…

Terrence feigned a snort. "Tell me how to satisfy you then."

She raised her eyebrows as she chuckled coldly, "...I want your mistress to realize how much she owed me ever since she came into the picture and let her try those situations that I'm in, in the past."

His heart thudded loudly as he stared at her eagerly. "You remembered everything?"
