“Will you stop drinking?” Sean asked helplessly, watching his best friend pour another glass of wine. 

Liam acted like he didn’t hear him and downed the glass in a go. 

Ever since the event started, Liam had been drinking nonstop and Sean did not know how to make him stop. 

Sean could only watch helplessly as he drowned himself in his sorrow.

“You think drinking yourself to death will wash your sins?” 

An angry voice from behind them and Jackson strode over them. 

Since the last day of school, he had lost hold of Liam. He wouldn’t pick up his calls or read his messages. 

He even went to his house hoping to meet him there, but the house was empty except for the maids and guards. 

It was as though he had disappeared from the world.
