Sabrina's POV - Welcome Into the New Pack

"Grrrh ..."

I heard Magnus growl as his hips didn't stop thrusting his manhood into Tania's body.

I covered my mouth with one hand. My tears flowed down my face as I looked at Tania who was glance at me with a face filled with pleasure.

The sound of sighs kept coming out of Tania's mouth who held Magnus' body tighter and tighter as if to tell me that Magnus was already hers.

"Magnus," my voice caught in my throat.

"Grrrr ..."

A growl was all I heard in response, as if Magnus wanted to signal to me that he didn't want to be disturbed.

I couldn't bear to witness their betrayal anymore and it seemed like my voice couldn't come out to stop them.

I finally decided to leave. The omegas who had escorted me were surprised when I ran past them crying.

I didn't care about my appearance at that time. I was only wearing an evening gown while running barefoot.

Slam!

I was too busy running and my long, flowing brunette hair was blocking my view, I couldn't see clearly.

As a result, I collided with someone.

When I raised my head, I could see that it was Nathan, the new Beta appointed by Magnus to replace my father. But he wasn't officially a Beta yet because he hadn't undergone the rank inauguration.

"Sabrina!" Nathan sounded shocked.

"What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be with Magnus right now?" he asked again.

I fell to the floor at the mention of Magnus' name. My knees felt weak and the tears came down unstoppably.

"What happened, Sabrina?" Nathan asked again as he knelt down and wrapped his coat around me.

"Please take me home." I finally managed to force the words out of my throat.

"But ..."

"Please...." I cut Nathan off. I can't tell him clearly, but right now I really wanted to see my father.

Nathan helped me up and walked me to his car without asking any more questions. I'm sure he had just as many questions about tonight's events as I did.

Thankfully, there weren't many guests left so no one else noticed my presence in our Housepack's parking lot.

The car ride was silent. Nathan didn't dare say a word. I was also speechless because I was still in shock from what I saw earlier.

I wondered in my mind.

What really happened?

Since when?

Was I that stupid not to realize that there was something between them all this time?

Was the relationship I thought was real between me and Magnus an illusion all along?

Then the biggest question ...

What did Mangnus think of me? Why did he do it on the night of my coming of age when we were supposed to be mating?

I felt like my whole world was shattered. Since childhood I was prepared and educated to be the future Luna. But, now I felt like it was all in vain.

It was all for nothing if the Alpha chose another woman to be his Luna.

"We're here,” Nathan's words brought me back from my raging thoughts.

I lifted my head, which had been lowered. My eyes lit up as soon as I saw my home yard.

"Thanks, Nathan," I said as I hurriedly opened the car door and ran outside, entering the gate of my house.

I opened my door hastily and shouted for my father.

"Miss Sabrina, why are you back already?" asked Sonia, the maid in our house.

"Where is my father?" I asked frantically.

"In the reading room ..." Before Sonia could finish her sentence, I rushed straight there.

My father was just as surprised to see me bursting into the room with my appearance.

"Sabrina! What happened?" my father asked in confusion.

I could no longer hold my tears. I told him everything I saw as I continued to cry.

"Father, I don't want to live here anymore. There's no future for me here, let me leave this pack," I pleaded while I'm crying.

"Are you crazy, Sabrina? I wouldn't let you become a rogue just because of that damn Magnus," my father snapped, sounds so angry.

"Then send me anywhere, Father. I don't want to live here anymore. Please send me away," I pleaded again, still insisting on my wish.

"Alright, stop crying! Don't waste your tears on that bastard!”

I started to stop crying even though my tears still couldn't stop flowing.

"Now, go rest in your room. Sonia will help clean your body and change your clothes."

After saying that, my father shouted for Sonia who obeyed my father's order to accompany me to my room.

Afterward, I couldn't hear a single word of comfort spoken by Sonia to me as she helped me prepare for bed.

My mind was made up, I didn't want to be in this pack anymore. I didn't want to be the subject of people's ridicule for failing to be Luna and having my own best friend take that position away from me.

The next morning, I woke up to hear my father shouting from downstairs.

"I will not allow Sabrina to see your son again!"

"But, Samuel. We've matched our children since childhood, after all, it's our pack tradition to make a Beta's daughter into our future Luna."

I recognized that voice so I rushed downstairs to see their argument.

“I have a final thought, I will send Sabrina to her mother's pack," my father replied.

My eyes lit up and my heart is racing. I had never been to my mother's pack before.

My father had promised to take me there when I was older. And now I was already an adult.

"Well, if that's your decision, know that I let you do whatever you want because I still consider you my best friend and it was my son's fault," Magnus' father told my father.

Everything happened so fast after that. My father didn't want the former Alpha to change his mind and hurriedly told me to get ready to leave.

We set off towards the Silver Fang Pack. It was the pack my mother came from before marrying my father and following him to the Black Fur Pack where I was born and raised.

"I called the Silver Fang's Alpha this morning to inform him of your arrival, so there shouldn't be any problems. Your mother is the daughter of a pretty famous warrior there, so they'll definitely treat you with respect." My father explained everything on the way.

After arriving there, I didn't expect that there would be so many people waiting for us at the border.

At first I thought it was some kind of security measure because there were other pack members coming into their territory.

But it turned out that they did welcome us.

"Samuel, long time no see," greeted one of the burly men with a large scar on his face.

"Sabrina, he's Felix, your uncle. Your late mother's brother. He was the one who made it difficult for me to propose to your mother," my father introduced the man to me.

"Hey, that was a long time ago. Don't bring up the past." Uncle Felix dismissed my father's words with a big laugh.

In the middle of the warm welcome, a man suddenly appeared who caught my attention.

He strode with authority and from the reactions of the werewolves around him, I could guess that he was the Alpha of this pack.

"So you're Sabrina, daughter of the late Mellisa? Nice to meet you, I'm Tyler."
