Drake's POV
Today is her arrival from her little business trip.
I'm supposed to be waiting for her in our house but there's a meeting with the board members. I can't ignore them.
Just when is this gonna finish?
I want to go home now.
I glance at my wrist watch and it's been one and a half hour since we have started.
Charlie said she might arrive after lunch and it's already lunch time.
"Sir?"
"Huh? Oh, sorry."
"I'm asking if you have a suggestions regarding to the report."
"I'll think about it later, give me a copy of your whole presentation." It's because I didn't heard him.
"Ah, yes sir."
"Meeting adjourned."
I looked at my wrist watch and lunch is almost done.
I hurriedly walk out of the meeting room and head to my office to get my things but Charlie is already here at my office.
I know I should be happy because she's finally here but how could I when she got bruises.
