Haru sat down beside me, taking my hand in hers. "It means you have the gift of vision. Is this the first time you're experiencing this?" She asked.

"Yesterday is the first time it happened," I told her.

She gave me another smile.

"If you ever want to talk about it, I'll be willing to listen, okay?" She said and I nodded. She walked away and I looked at the window, surprised to see that night had fallen. I wondered if Haru was older than she looked because it felt like she was much older than she looked. I got out of bed and walked out of the room. Yawning, I sauntered to the back of the building where I found a bench. I sat down and rubbed at my exposed forearms.
