Things got progressively and unbearably worse in the week following her move, which Oscar sarcastically referred to as 'exile' from Speed to the Transportation unit ALA newsroom. It was trivia times like that that someone like Freya restricted herself.

The place was a prison made from gold. Well organized with desks glued together in a wave pattern, circling huge monitors that broadcast different news channels from all over the world.

The newsroom was round, with glass walls. Nearby was another conference room made of glass as well-in which fresh pastries and fruit were set in fancy baskets and elegant glass water bottles were lined together neatly. There were cabinets filled with coffee, noodles, and a display of flowers on top of them. There were hundreds of monitors, switchboard phones, keyboards, and cables running from side to side.

There was a stairway to the seventh floor that led to a door with a plaque plastered on it: We give you the choice to go anywhere. That was laughable
