When Caine's car pulled in front of his office, he came down from the car and went upstairs. He really needs to do something to divert his mind out of what just happened. He sat on his swivel chair with his fingers massaging his forehead. Furthermore, he heard a knock and looked up.

“Come in.” He said to the person at the end door, who immediately pushed his door open slightly.

“Greetings, my Alpha, Dan came to see you.” His guard told him and bowed down slightly.

“Let him in.” Alpha Caine replied and sat upright.

“Good day, Alpha Caine.” Dan said immediately he came inside while holding Felicia's hand.

“Good day, what a pleasant surprise.” Caine said, and stood up and shook his hand.

“May I sit.” Dan asked with smiles.

“Please have a seat.” Alpha Caine replied, and Dan sat down alongside Felicia.

“I heard that the mighty has fallen.” Dan said with a smile.
