Chapter 143: The Bargain that was Taken

Closing herself in her room, she started to pack her clothes. She needed to get away from there.

Suddenly her door swung open. Eric walked in.

Ruby stuttered, “What are you doing in my room?”

Eric frowned at her.

Walking into the room he looked at her packed clothes. “You, going somewhere?” question Eric raising his right eyebrows at her.

“I-I-I got to leave,” said Ruby.

“It’s none of your concern,” said Ruby packing up her clothes.

Eric gave her a cold stare. He needed to find a way to get Ruby out of the palace without making a scene. Once they left, he was going to hide her from the world. He was going to find a place where no one could find her and locked her away. And he have the perfect place for that. With their golden bracelet, he was going to make her obey him. He will make sure she never escaped him. She will never see anyone again.
