Overwhelmed with frustration, I could no longer contain my emotions and turned to face them, my face flushed with a volatile combination of anger and humiliation. With a harsh edge to my voice, I mustered enough sarcasm to apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused. "I do apologize for inconveniencing you," I spat, my words dripping with disdain.
