Overwhelmed with frustration, I could no longer contain my emotions and turned to face them, my face flushed with a volatile combination of anger and humiliation. With a harsh edge to my voice, I mustered enough sarcasm to apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused. "I do apologize for inconveniencing you," I spat, my words dripping with disdain. "Next time, I'll be sure to announce my arrival in some grandiose manner. Perhaps I should hire a trumpeter to announce my presence?"

As I spun on my heel to leave, my eyes happened to catch Logan turning around simultaneously. A mischievous wink danced in his gaze before he proceeded to exit the room, leaving behind a view of his well-defined, sculpted buttocks. I forcefully tore my gaze away, determined to shut out any further distractions.

I was really excited about this novel, but really, all the POV minus 1 has been Lilian. Now, I'm not liking Lucas and Grace. Grace is in the picture way too long.
