Chapter 52: First Feed

The sound of burgundy glass hitting the minibar counter could be heard throughout the place, after getting back home, I choose to spend the night in the kitchen rather than shutting my eyes.

“Heidi? You got back late”

Lane popped out of nowhere and shocked me who at the time hiding underneath the darkness.

“Sorry that I woke you up” I grinned, releasing my hand from the burgundy. “I didn’t mean to make noises” I declared.

Her forehead was low, breath as heavy as her breasts; Lane approached me then stood in front of me, her elbows resting against the minibar counter afterward.

“Have you seen my brother earlier?” She asked with a heavy breath.

“Yup, I’ve seen him in the lobby” I replied, sipping the wine after that.

“Give me one of that! I need stress relief, gosh he stressed me so much” Lane groaned.

And I poured the wine into the burgundy.

“What did he do that make you depressed?” I wondered, eyes staring at her seriously; watching every inch of wine waves enter her throat.
