Chapter 38: I Want You

When Lucas dropped Selena at her colony's surroundings, it was already very late. It had been a spectacular night for both of them and they were on cloud nine.

Selena gave him a kiss of goodnight and he went home, with a promise to see her on the next day.

His colony was really big, since his pack was also very broad. It was like a more contemporaneous indigenous village.

The houses were really close to one another, and as he got out of his car in front of his house, he heard someone calling him from afar.

He turned to see who it was and saw Demi coming in his direction.

She was particularly attractive that night, but it didn't mean anything to him. He couldn't stop thinking about Selena anyway.

"Demi? What are you doing up so late?" he asked concerned. "Did something happen?"

"I was waiting for you. You said we could talk when you got back."

"Demi…" he sighed rubbing his hand on his face. "It's really late and we have classes tomorrow. You should've been sleeping already."
