Elaine's POV

When I walked into Duke's Office with Reya moving my wheelchair, I could feel malicious eyes looking at me, giving my entire body goosebumps. When I looked up to see where it came from, it was gone.

As I looked up, I noticed that Duke has his guest, a man in his 40s with chestnut hair and he has castleton green eyes. And his face is very familiar to me. Where did I see him?

" Elaine, I apologize for keeping you waiting so long for me while I have my appointment," Duke said abruptly, interrupting my train of thought.

"Oh, it's okay honey, I understand, you don't have to apologize, it's me who has to apologize for barging in without notice," I said as I apologized to him as well.
