Chapter 63

I arrived early at the meeting location. The talk was scheduled for six o'clock, and I arrived on time. I didn't know how many days we'd stay there after our chauffeur dropped me off and immediately went after helping me set my things down, so I buried a lot of garments just to be safe. That excursion required around three suitcases.

I quickly noticed Klaus with others I didn't recognize. They exchanged glances between me and my bags. Even more of them reported seeing a ghost.

"What's your problem?" I told them straight up. "Didn't your teacher teach you that staring is impolite?"

They suddenly came to their senses and turned away. There were four new faces there. There are two guys and two ladies. I'm pleased Aham wasn't present. things appears that things did not work out.
