17. Invasion

KYSON'S POV

I ran like a mad vampire. The fact that I could fly there faster was cast out of my mind. I could not see my surroundings clearly as images of her face emerged, my nerves took over. As I felt lost to lose her for my stupid grudges. I could feel the beast in me surface. I hoped she is safe. I was close to Cade's territory when I took heed of an army close by. I cautioned myself and decided to use the least possible route inside his house, I wondered where he would keep my woman. I ended up in front of the white-coloured house as I met eye to eye with my enemy.

Cade has been my enemy for more than five centuries till date.
