Chapter 58: Heaven On Earth

The start of our car ride started with nothing but quietness. I guess we both were shocked because of what I said earlier. I was shocked to but at least I was honest as much as I wanted to be. I didn't wanted us to be awkward but here we are.

The low voice music which was connected to my car's Bluetooth was the only thing which was decreasing the tension between us. I like soft music a lot and that's why the volume was a bit slow to enjoy real feeling of the ride.

I tried to peak at her but she seemed busy with herself and her thoughts. Layla's focus was on the scenario outside of the car as she kept staring outside the window. But I could tell that her mind was somewhere else and I exactly knew where.
