Chapter 18; Phone gift

The last time Chika visited her was to see Godsent. Chika bought seductive clothes for her and told her, "Not because you already have a child out of wedlock, you should be dressing local. You should rather dress hot and look after yourself."

Tina had refused Chika's advice, but Chika went on to purchase beautiful dresses for her from the city and even asked her to try them on, which Tina did and was speechless as she looked so hot in the dresses that she thought of what people would say. When they saw her dressing hot, Chika had told her whatever people had to say was their business and didn't concern her, and besides, they already knew she has a son.

Tina had thanked Chika then for the clothes and escorted Chika off. Now the young man standing in front of her was asking her for her mobile number again.

"Are you sure you're not lying to me? Or you don't want to give me your number?" Chris asked, and Tina smiled at him and replied, "Of course not. I don't have any phones."
