As the attacks were happening outside, Lilian quickly moved towards the shaking apprentice. If what the magic council said was true, there was still a chance for her to redeem their coven. It would now all depend on her finding the prince’s lady and making her talk.

“What is wrong with you and where are the prisoners!” She hissed, shaking the young witch who was still dumbfounded.

The whole room was literally empty which was a surprise since there were so many relics there a while ago, along with dozens of crates that contained their prisoners. It was only when she caught a waft of magic that was in the air. Pushing the young witch aside, she began looking around to see where it was coming from.

Nothing could be seen within the four corners of the room, yet she could still feel that there was another presence there with them.
