24 - Hazz

Even though it was a Sunday, if it weren't for the rain that fell in the city in a totally unexpected way that night, that nightclub would certainly not be so empty.

I used to work at that place until shortly after midnight, but the house remained in operation until four o’clock in the morning. Those who stayed until later, taking two shifts and only stopping after closing, were the ones who received more. But I had to be at the station at eight o'clock, and never, since I knew me for people, had had eight hours of full sleep, so I didn't even risk getting that terrible time. However, just to have something to do with and not think about Jessy, I accepted the worst shift at the bar.

I was surprised by a nightclub without so many customers on the usual weekends. The rain had that power to scare people away. It was very good, seen on the one hand, since I didn't even have to bother doing more than just washing glasses. The club employees were a little nicer than those at the station. At
