As I read, an avalanche of emotions dominated me. Anger, sadness, confusion and a complex mixture of love and pain intertwined within me. The words of the diary resurrected the long-buried memories, digging up deep wounds and arousing a burning desire to discover the truth.

Determined to seek answers, I decided to seek help. I sought the guidance of experienced therapists on board the ship, sharing my thoughts and revelations that emerged from the diary. They offered me a safe space to explore my past feelings and traumas, encouraging me to confront them and seek the healing I so longed for.

In addition to therapy, I found comfort and wisdom in conversations with other passengers on the ship. Through casual encounters and enriching exchanges of experiences, I discovered that many also carried invisible scars, fighting their own inner demons.
