Chapter 86 IN YOUR ARMS AGAIN

Two more days of feeling like hell for Anika had passed before the good news came. A commoner saw the same police description of a man near town. That was Drake, no doubt. Despite trying to hide his identity, the universe favored Anika and Jaz.

"I'll come over.." Anika shouted on the phone when she spoke to the officer overseeing Jaz's disappearance. Without caring to fix her messy hair from forcing herself to get some sleep, She quickly dressed up to go to the police to join in the arrest of Drake after calling Dolce to stay for Jaiz at the house.

The only slipper on her foot didn't bother her to act drastically. In her mind, all she wanted was to rescue Jaz as soon as possible. If she could teleport, she would do it without thinking.

It's almost dawn when the authority finally confirms Drake's exact whereabouts, where he hid Jaz for so long.

Anika can't settle herself, peeking at the place they are passing by. It was so dark, and barely any houses around.
