“Are you going somewhere this morning?” Daniel asked.

Sapphire had woken up before Daniel the next morning and when she entered the bathroom to do her morning business, Daniel woke up.

He wondered why she had gotten up so early and then waited till she came out which took a while.

“Work, of course,” she answered as she dabbed her face with a towel.

“No, you’re staying home,” Daniel shook his head.

“Stop it, come on. It’s been two weeks already. I’m more than okay to resume my daily activities,” she protested.

“You still need to be at home till it’s all sorted, Sapphire.”

“How long is that going to take then? I am just going to be careful, okay? Again, Mogan is going out today. She said she was preparing for her company’s launch party. I can’t stay home alone. I’ll be bored to death,” she said.
