Chapter Thirty Three

Wunmi got inside the room and removed her Gele. She sat on the bed and removed her shoes while waiting for her Aunty to bring Adesewa.

The naming ceremony was a big success as people from far and wide came as a result of her little popularity when David was alive.

"Adesewa wants food o, she has been crying since." Aunty Bimpe said as she brought the baby.

"Okay," Wunmi collected the baby from her aunty and breastfeed her. "Where is Tayo?"

"He's still outside with the guests." Aunty Bimpe said and opened the door. "Lekan, how are you?"

Wunmi quickly turned to the other side, her back to the door. She frowned as she heard his voice. "I'm fine ma."

She put the baby in her cradle after breastfeeding her. She wanted to turn to look at Lekan but he was already near her. "Wunmi." he called.
