Chapter 76: Faith

"Faith, I brought your favorites!" I greeted Faith warmly when I entered their house.

Faith immediately approached me and kissed me on the cheeks, so sweet!

"Mommy Kira, thank you! You're my favorite Mommy in the whole world!" she said and took the plastic bags from me then went straight to the dining table.

Fern glared at me. "I told you, don't spoil Faith. She'll get used to always buying anything. I don't want her to grow spoiled."

"It's just a small treat. I just want to treat her because we won and we're champions again, so why not I'll treat her? I don't have any money after all." I said and sat down on the couch.

"So… you’re saying you’re rich already? You’re just going to spend your money on somebody just like that?" he asked, raising an eyebrow at me.

"Excuse me? Faith is not just somebody. I love her and she brightens up my day! Look at me! ---" I smiled happily and winked at him, "I feel better when I see and talk to her. She's my happy pill."
