Chapter 41

Damini's POV

I had to come to the party with uncle and Sagar as he was already with uncle when I came out of my room. Everyone looked happy and were enjoying the festival of colours. 

There were big platters of all colours of dry powdered colours lying on tables. Water guns and coloured water tanks were also placed in different areas. 

I was always crazy about Holi. But this time, there was no excitement. 

I looked around and saw Samar with his friends. I saw that he came to meet Sagar and me. He applied colour on Sagar's face and hugged him. 

" Happy Holi, Sahil. " He said. Oh yes, Samar thought, he was Sahil. 

" Happy Holi, Samar " Sagar gave a faint smile to him. " 

" Happy Holi, Damini. " Samar said hesitantly. It was a bit awkward moment. We were not feeling comfortable. 

" Same to you. " I said with a fake, faint smile. 

" What is this Samar? Apply colour on Damini's face as well
