A Sign Of?

ATHENA'S POV.

I had thought I wouldn't be able to sleep anymore that night, but I did. Lost in dreams of people dying, pain and death, throughout the night, I finally rose from my bed.

The rays of the sun spilled beautifully through my window, extending towards the door, and they spread their warmth in the room.

I got up from my bed, and went to the bathroom first. I had to be prepared to leave the house should Tristan not be back yet.

Searching for him was a must. I had to see him.

I didn't even bother with warming up the water, I used it cold, and although the chill was merciless, I could withstand it. After bathing, I picked a simple dress I could throw over my head, blow-dried my hair, and picked out a pair of flat shoes that would be comfortable for my feet.

After combing my hair, and packing it at the base of my neck, I pulled on the white cotton dress, with a pattern of lovely sunflowers on it.

I slipped my feet into my shoes, and left my room.

The maids all bowed to me, but
